Hello Coaches,
We have Marden booked for Saturday March 31 from 18:00 to 19:00 and would like all Rep and ESL Coaches to attend.
This will be the one of two session offered for the Coaches to pick up some ideas for running practices and working with their teams.
Please have your outdoor cleats and be dressed to play.

New Coaches
The following forms are required to be completed to become a member of the PMSC
- On-line Coaches Form (Only for Travel or All-Star Coaches)
- On-Line Club Application Form
- Police Check (Only for Travel or All-Star Coaches) as per Volunteer Screening Policy (VSP)
- On-Line OSA Coaches Registration Form
Returning Coaches
- On-line Coaches Form (Only for Travel or All-Star Coaches)
- Waiver or updated Police Check (Only for Travel or All-Star Coaches) as per VSP
- On-Line OSA Coaches Registration Form (Only for Travel or All-Star Coaches)
As a mandatory requirement of the Ontario Soccer Association, South-West Regional Soccer Association, and Puslinch Minor Soccer Club, you must arrange for a police check at your earliest convenience. This can be accomplished at the Guelph Police Association, the O.P.P. or the applicable force that covers your area (ie. Moffat residents would visit Halton Regional Police).
The Police forces have different procedures and they are summarized below.
Coaches who reside in Wellington County:
- Complete pages 1-3 of OPP form and Photocopy 2 pieces of Photo ID. Provide this information to President or Vice President.
- President or Vice President will sign off as the PMSC acts as an agency for the OPP
- PMSC will send in all Wellington County residents application forms.
- If the OPP requires fingerprints to be done then the PMSC will provide a volunteer letter so that the fees will be waived.
- If under the age of eighteen you must complete pages 1-4 of OPP form and have President or Vice President sign the form.
Coaches who reside in the City of Guelph
- Complete City of Guelph Police form as per information sheet.
- Email president@puslinchsoccer.ca when Police check has been approved.
